Have moved "getting started section" to the community portal
Also added the template template:program votes. I have been trying to format this as an infobox and get it to sit on the right side of the screen in a box like wikipedia has, but have failed so far. Hoping this template can be used as a navigation bar too. --Huggsy 06:48, 18 February 2007 (IST)

I think this page needs a bit more introductory information about the WPE. Also I don't like the suggestion that one has to read all the past votes before making proposals, it's too cumbersome for beginners to the project. --Huggsy 21:47, 21 February 2007 (IST)
